Very nice set of 10 napkins made from a beautiful fine linen damask in white color, with in the central part, a medallion decorated with an huge monogram MC or MT made in point of satin. The hems and embroidery have been hand made.
The pattern of damask is on the edge, fruits of autumn hang small vine leaves. The medallion is a reminder of arabesques and range of apple, pearls and grapes .... This pattern is a pure splendor!
1910-20 approximately.
The pieces are in excellent condition, no holes or weak to report.
